Schleich Jaro ReviewJaro and her wolf mount make a great addition for fantasy collectors. I purchased it because the fairy's wolf caught my eye. Many of the other fairies in the Schleich collection ride horses or unicorns so seeing a dark fairy on a wolf was unique. Both toys are sturdy and painted with lifelike details. Jaro can also be removed from her riding wolf. These figurines are sturdy enough that they can be used as toys for children or displayed on a shelf as a collectible for more mature fantasy enthusiasts.Schleich Jaro OverviewJaro sits on the back of his mighty wolf.Jaro's home is the deep woods north of Oracle Mountain. It is there that he was found in a clearing by wolves and raised in the pack as one of their own. While the young wolves romped about and fought at the foot of the mighty trees, he floated up to the highest treetops and explored, fascinated, the expanses of the land. Jaro has Berom, a very special wolf, as his friend. On Berom's back, he roams through the dark forests, the neighbouring mountains and plains. He knows the kingdom's secret caves and passageways which he lights up in the dark with his flameless torch. He helps and protects Surah on her escape and gets to be a true friend of this elf.
