The book excessively addresses what can cause someone to get mad, but not enough solutions for our needs. The artwork was a bit too "busy" but could definitely spark some conversation. However, the content is geared to the age range listed in the description. Most of the solutions are suited to a child that is mature enough to stop themselves to talk it out.
