Auty wrote an action-packed fantasy that will keep you awake at night as you cannot wait to see what will happen in the next chapter.I was intrigued to find out exactly what a "trance warrior" is. I found it interesting that Connor would go into a trance when fighting with characters in the book. Connor would become a super fighter but when done with his battle, he would be so tired and need to pretty much pass out. The cool part of this was that Connor would actually age due to being in a trance.
